Pamela Fike

Director

Pam has been a PAC² Center team ember since 2003 when the facility became incorporated. Her love for children and family involvement is what lead her to PAC².

“Every day is a new adventure of learning and discovering new things for children and it is amazing to see those transformations. I also enjoy serving each unique family.”

Outside of her life as director, she enjoys spending time with her husband Dale and their family. A few of her hobbies include: snow skiing, tennis, scrap booking, and spending time outdoors.

Michelle Olena

Assistant Director

Michelle Olena has also been a member of the PAC² family since the day it opened in 2003. She has been working in the Early Childhood field now for over two decades. Her degree in Early Childhood Education and in Human Resources, and just recently achieved a certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education Management.

“I enjoy what I do and am so proud to be part of the PAC² Center team.”

Michelle has three children of her own; two boys who are now 25 and a 15 year old daughter. She is also a Grandmother of four, with two more on the way!
