The Center participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The Center provides breakfast, hot lunch, and one snack daily to all children in the Center. Weekly menus are posted in two locations within the Center, at the front entrance and within the kitchen/dining space.

Parents of infants breastfeeding, PAC2 provides Parent’s Choice with Iron (Milk-Based). For those parents opting not to use the Center selected formula, or those who for medical reasons require specialized formula, will need to provide the necessary quantities of their child’s formula or breast milk.

If a child has allergies and requires a modified diet the Center must be notified of this in writing along with a physician’s statement containing the following (3) things:

  1. Statement of the Child’s Disability
  2. Explanation of why the disability restricts the diet and
  3. List of foods omitted from the diet and/or substitutions that are allowed.
